Jobsite Requirements

Permits - It is the homeowner's responsibility to obtain any permits or variances according to your town's regulations prior to installation if necessary. American Backyard Design is not responsible for obtaining permits or variances.
Foundation - It is the customers responsibility to build the foundation that the structure will be built on prior to installation date and provide American Backyard Design with pictures of the jobsite location and foundation before installation and delivery.
Site Readiness - Ensure unobstructed access for our team. Prior to delivery, remove obstacles within 2 Feet of the job site, including stairs, narrow walkways, pools, fences, and awnings. Please communicate any challenges to us in advance.
Parking - We will need access to street parking, or your driveway, that is at least 150ft from the job site.
Electricity - We will need access to electricity for the duration of our job because most of our tools require it. Outlets must be within 100ft of where we will be building your new structure.
